Langkah-langkah menyiapkan Tang Yuan / Dong Zhi / Ronde Cina

  1. Campurkan tepung ketan dan air. Tuang air sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk sampai rata. Bagi 2 beri pewarna. Aku pake pewarna merah pada satu bagian. Bentuk bulatan kecil letakan diatas wadah yg dilapisi serbet agar tang yuan tidak menempel. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
  2. Campurkan semua bahan kuah. Masak hingga mendidih dan gula larut. Setelah mendidih, angkat dan biarkan selama 2 menit. Saring. Sisihkan.
  3. Panaskan air. Masukkan tang Yuan. Biarkan hingga tang Yuan mengapung. Angkat dan masukkan ke dalam kuah. Tang Yuan siap disajikan.
