Membuat Sabayon Sauce. Masak kuning telur dan gula dgn cara double boiler. Aduk2.

Masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus di aduk. Masak sampai ribbon stage (kental berjejak). Sisihkan.
- Membuat Cream. Siapkan whipped cream dan mascarpone. Tuang jd satu dalam satu wadah.
- Mixer sampai kaku dan fluffy..
- Campurkan adonan sabayon sauce ke dalam cream. Aduk balik. Masukkan cream ke dalam piping bag.
- Seduh kopi instan dalam wadah. Rendam savoiardi atau lady finger ke dalam kopi,tata di dalam toples (wadah sesuai selera) saya menggunakan toples utk dessert box. Untuk savoiardi home made sdh pernah saya share resepnya (lihat resep).
- Kemudian beri cream mascarpone. Lakukan sampai selesai. Setelah itu simpan di dalam kulkas. Tiramisu lebih enak dikonsumsi setelah diinapkan dalam kulkas.
- Taburi coklat powder jika ingin di sajikan. Selamat mencoba.
