Cara membuat Ogura Cheesecake
- Adonan A: Kocok menggunakan mixer (5 butir kuning telur+ 1 butir telur utuh + 60 cc susu cair+ 60 ml minyak sayur+ 1/2 sdt extract vanila + keju slice yg di cincang) saya kurleb 1 menit.
- Masukan 65 gr tepung kunci dan 2 sdt permesan bubuk aduk rata. sisihkan.
- Adonan B: mixer 5 butir putih telur +1/4 sdt cream of tartar+ 1/4 sdt garam sampai mengembang. Lalu tambahkan 80 gr gula pasir bertahap, 3 tahap, mixer sampai soft peak.
- Masukan adonan B ke adonan A aduk menggunakan spatula dengan teknik aduk lipat sampai merata. Lalu tuang ke dalam loyang, saya loyang uk 20x20 yg sudah dialasi baking paper.
- Panggang dengan menggunakan teknik AU BAIN MARIE. Saya panggang dengan api 175° api bawah selama 40 menit selanjutnya api atas bawah 20 menit. Setelah matang keluarkan dr oven lepas kertas kue perlahan.
- Setelah dingin kue baru bisa di potong.
